Poor service
I am very disapointed with Enablemed who manage Sizwe Gomomo day to day benefits. They are refusing to pay for 6 claims that were pre authorised and PMB chronic forms were submitted, they deny receiving them and when I resubmit I don't get any response. Very poor service, please pay these 6 claims as I will be placing a complaint with the CMS shortly unless this is sorted out.
