Poor service

As a service provider I am shocked at the level of service, or should I say lack of service I have received from this scheme. To make services accessible to my clients, I do not ask payment upfront and rather opt to claim from the medical aid. This is the only medical aid that has posed a headache in this regard. I sent a claim through for May and it was declined as they don't pay out to people registered under psychology, only clinical-, counselling- and educational psychology. The first time I encounter this from a medical aid. To make matters worse I am registered as a clinical psychologist with the HPCSA. After numerous e-mails sent to the scheme, calls made I have not received any help. I keep getting reference numbers, but no assistance to solve this, and hence I cannot claim from this scheme. This is not ok. Members pay for a service from the medical aid, it is not a favour being offered to them.
