Poor administration and service

Sizwe are once again using every excuse to not refund the member. I have an ongoing claim for more than 7 weeks and every time I have to follow up and get told a different story. I have submitted all the required documents and have been told on numerous occasions that is sent for processing or that payment is going to be made but still nothing, Last follow up today reflects that nothing has been done since the previous call!

Still no feedback and I get told by the customer services manager Koliswe this morning that they paid me on the 9th - I only submitted the claim on the 18th of Jan, how could I be paid on the 9th? Do you have any competent staff working there?

Still no feedback or update and the customer support said today that nothing he been done on this query? Once again proving this service quality is below standard, This claim refund is now 2 months old and speaking to managers such Dineo Shipping, Kolesa and Hellopeter does not even help.
