Pleading for a solution

Regret ever being a member with them, we have been members since 2021 and this is the worst service we have ever received from them. I sent sizwe a letter for my husband. myself and my youngest daughter to resign as at the end of November. I also stated in the letter that my eldest daughter has to stay on the medical aid, she will then be the main. Member,. On the 19th of December I received our certificate showing that we resigned, the only problem is they took my oldest daughter off aswell, this means that she is now without medical aid. I tried phoning customer service but after 29 minutes of music playing got cut off. I also tried the billing department but there is just no answer. Please can someone phone me urgently regarding this matter.
