****ED OF TOTALLY

I have been sending application documents to SIZWE since the begging of January contacted them several time but still no feedback. To **** me of more I got and email on the 08.02.2018 requesting documents however this mail was sent on Last week already.

Its now 2 months and my family and I are not on the membership due to poor response.

When I requested fro management to assist I was told that they don't have email addresses.

If you do not require us on the medical aid just be straight forward as right now I feel that all the staff are all uneducated and *********.
