Pillar to Post Calls
Hi, I require a new medical aid card as the one that you delivered when I first joined November 2020 was posted to an ex partner whom I no longer speak to. Why do your call centre agents transfer pillar to post over such a simple request. I am fearful how my future claims will be handled. Please deliver to my work place-My company (MIBFA) is with Sizwe.
