Pay back my refund

Good day

My name is Zinakile Andile Nibe medical aid membership no ***0. I am hereby lodging a complain against sizwe/hosmed medical aid for savings money owed to me by the medical and my membership to the medical was cancelled on the 30th of May and I was told that the waiting period for getting my savings was 3 months. I've been in their offices in PE every week since September being assisted by Zoleka in their PE office to such an extent that she doesn't know what to tell me anymore because whenever she phones head office she's been told the same story over and over that they waiting for the fund to approve hence the scheme has acknowledge the savings refund. I have sent them an email on the 21st of November 2023 letting them know if they don't respond in 7 days I will be reporting the matter to you, there haven't been a response up to today from them. I've been with Zoleka today the 29th of November and she agreed that I must escalate the matter to you hence the answer she's been getting since September is that the scheme is waiting for the fund approval.
