PATHETIC services from Lesego
Since the 10/04/2024 no one has called me as for Lesego she seemed very un professional by COB calls are recorded. So does the staff just forget their clients and their queries.

02 May 2024, 08:19Why is it taking si long I need to get paid from Sizwe as I paid the doctor cash last year. I've been sending everything since January to Sanni Ramatapa and Lesego. I received a claim showing R0. So why is it so difficult since January to tell me whether I will get that money back. Since it a claim for last year it must be a stale claim now. Forever excuses backlogged etc but no delays to send reminders 1 month in advance to pay and no one responds to say thanks Sizwe received payment nothing.

09 May 2024, 21:00So from last yea till 10/04/2024 Lesego was supposed to call me by COB but clearly you people don't know the meaning of COB. Till today no update or feedback regarding my query. So am I going to get the money back or did medical aid also pay the doctor as I have sent everything through as I paid the doctor cash.
