Pathetic services big company you get ignored
PATHETIC SERVICES MY OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT WAS ONLY SETTLED YESTERDAY SINCE SEPTEMBER 2023. STILL NO ONE HAS THE DECENCY TO CONTACT ME I STILL NEED 1 MORE IN HOSPITAL ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT PAID IM CALLING EVERY WEEK STAFF FROM SIZWE GIVE DIFFERENT STORIES. THAT SANNI RAMATAPA IS IGNORING MY EMAILS. WHO ELSE HOGHER CAN I CONTACT??? MY ACCOUNT IS PAID WAY BEFORE THE DUE DATE BUT NO JOY WHEN CLAIMS ARE REJECTED. From re processing now staff are giving different stories. Calls are recorded look into it. But sizwe will send reminders 1 month in advance to pay.

03 Apr 2024, 14:32I need management to contact me cause this is an ongoing thing which is not resolved since 2023. Or who must I contact I pay every month before time but to solve issues it's unfair not like you people will reimburse for the calls etc.

05 Apr 2024, 16:54Still till today no one from Sizwe had called me. Someone by the name of Loyiso Nqeto had emailed me when I rep**** its like 2 days now no response as if they ignore your emails. I'm quering payments since last year soon you people will tell me it is a stsle claim and I must pay when it's due to your peoples negligence always backlogged etc.
