Pathetic services
On thee 10th April I received a call from Lesego she clearly said by COB will get back to me today is the 15 April still no one has contacted me but I received a claim I need to know whether i will get my money back as I have paid cash to the eye specialist. As if the staff do not know how to communicate with clients or give feedback and do not know what COB means. They always cover up since last year September 2023 my 2 queries were resolved last week as they say the staff do not have access to process claims but whenever I called the staff said they sending for re processing so are these people sleeping.

16 Apr 2024, 09:44Still no feedback I get automated response my query has been resolved when it's not. I've been sending everything to Sanni Ramatapa and Lesego but claims queries still asking for pop etc. This is for last year. Sizwe is very unhelpful. They cover up for themselves and the staff.

We are paying in advance but this is how the staff behaves towards clients. A month in advance they send reminders to pay but takes forever to solve your queries. Calls are recorded.
