PATHETIC SERVICES
On the 10/4/2024 Lesego promised by COB will contact me regarding my query. Since January I've been sending emails you people still looking into my query. Looks like I need to publish this on all other media platforms. You people send reminders a month in advance for payment but to solve 1 query it takes 5 months or longer unless on purpose you people not providing me with feedback so it can be a stale claim.

Why is it taking so long to tell me if I will be reimbursed as I have sent everything through and I have paid the doctor cash last year.
