Pathetic service that will kill our loved ones RATING 0 not even 1

My son when to the doctor twice this month and we were advised that there are no funds, what is happening there are u guys ******** us or what when I called the lady advised that there are funds on the medical aid we went back to the doctor but when the called Sizwe the receptionist was devised again that there are no funds, we pay a lot of money to get such a ****ty service, I'm sooo angry it's not even funny anymore since Sizwe became 1 with Hosmed everything is falling apart n it shows that no one cars as long as they get our money every month then they don't care about our loved ones that we have added on the medical aid **** that they have another one I received a call from my OT specials as I was admitted in hospital stating that she was paid not even 10% the money she claimed call Sizwe again they advised that its an error on their end but at who's cost, u are dealing with ppls wellbeing but u don't take us serious what kind of a service is that Sizwe if this continues u being 1 with Hosmed u are going to lose a lot of loyal customers and the sooner u remove them the better, I also want to request our company to get us another medical scheme that we can us and trust with our loved ones life not this joke service we get from you
