Pathetic service, phoned them at least 5 times for a claim dated 1/12/2025 not paid. Contacting them telephonically is a nightmare as you hold on for hours and then the call drops. When I ask to speak to their supervisor they say that they are in a meeting. Due to their bad service we have changed to another medical aid from January 2026. Cannot believe they are still operating seeing all the bad reviews
