I had a procedure 10 Jan 2022. The anaethesist has still not been paid. They said I had no authorisation but the authorisation was on the document. After communicating 5 times - absolutely nothing. I am expected to pay but why should I if I have a medical aid that is supposed to. For the same in hospital procedure, they paid one service provider from my day to day benefit instead of in hospital. Again, I have called several times, even complained on Hello Peter. AT THIS POINT I AM READY TO REPORT THEM TO THE THE COUNCIL OF MEDICAL AID SCHEMES BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE AFTER THE MERGER.
