Pathetic service over refund

Good day on the 1st of August 2018 I joined Sizwe Medical aid , on the 3 September 2018 Sizwe double deducted my premium on my bank account , I immediately notified all parties concerned at Sizwe and provided proof to them , I have up until today not received my refund as the person whose suppose to sign it off is not there , that’s there excuse. No one gets back to me and this is inconveniencing me and my family as R5045 is a lot of money that they owe me. Please get someone to refund my money please.
