Pathetic service from Sizwe Medical Aid

I wrote a review on 23rd of February 2025 and got a response from Sizwe stating that they would attend to my concern. To date I have not receive a phone call or email from them to assist. This is really pathetic service. Feels to me they only respond with a 'Automated response' to our concerns so that other people can see they attend to concerns, but in fact they don't care... Please phone me to discuss or I have no other option as to go to the medical board.
