Pathetic service
There was a pre auth received for the procedure that needed to take place and when the doctor claimed after that procedure the claim was rejected for no reason, no feedback given when both the doctor and I are following up and it seems to them that it is just business as usual yet there has never ever been a day that the medical aid was not paid
