Pathetic Service
If I could give a -3 rating, it would be too much. I've been battling with my tax certificate from Hosmed for over 4 months now. I eventually spoke to one Kate who is said to be in a management position and I can confirm that Sizwe Hosmed knows nothing about client service, promise keeping and the overall desire to assist clients. They couldn't even find my medical aid number!
I've be transferred from pillar to post, for something as simple as a tax certificate. It's really sad to see what Hosmed has come to.
