Pathetic Service
Hi, this will be my 3rd review regarding my complaint from the 26th of June. All I get is someone is looking into it. This has been escalated since January & still someone is looking into it...extremely ridiculous.

its been escalated to the queries department? Really this is getting too much. On the 19/06/25
I was told that since the 14/06/25 it's been with the "Stale query department" ... the response i'm getting is not acceptable especially it will be
