Pathetic *********** Medical Scheme 🙄

It has to be the worst Medical scheme to have! Wouldn't recommend anyone to take this pathetic scheme. We pay a lot of money for such ***********s!!! Very disappointing. I am receiving calls from law firms stating that I have been handed over for non payments since Sizwe-hosmed has declined their account claims for in-hospital since September 2023. I have tried calling to querie, sending emails and also have a list of reference numbers their customer care always gives claiming that the matter has been escalated. Todate I have not received any help, feedback, call or even a response to my emails😡. Disgusting!!!
