Pathetic medical aid

Oh my word where do I begin pathology is paid from my day to day for something that was done in hospital you thinking it's paid because your day to day was deducted from only for ampath to send you a message that your account is now due ,then another R169 gets taken from your day to day to pay for in hospital and the rest of your hospital accounts is not paid code says authorization not obtained whereas it was ,a refund gets sent in on the 15 March 2023 till date nothing is paid ,you then send in another refund the sms you receive says SLA is 3-5 working days so you wait noting on the 5th day you phone in the consultant says oh give us till Wednesday we will escalate you phone on Wednesday uhm it's still not captured give us another week ,you send it to the queries mailbox nothing ,you send it to Dineo oh she will provide you with feedback I really don't know what a **** show they are busy running but are quick to announce a mid year increase stop ****ing taking our money and start providing a service.
