PATHETIC MATERNITY BENEFIT

After the initial post I received a few calls on Friday from a consultant Nkosinathi who promised to sort it out and give me a call back in all fairness he was helpful and listening and even went with me through the brochure and agreed with me he promised to call me back it is Wednesday no call, email or anything I tried calling customer service they don't even know a Nkosinathi or what I am speaking about this is totally unacceptable I have an appointment I can't attend as my query is not being resolved
