I wanted to sign up Myself and my family to the Sizwe Medical Aid scheme. Unfortunately after holding for 20 minutes I changed my mid. If they cant even answer calls to join, what is their other services like.

Your call center is the first contact with potential customers and they do not do Sizwe Hosmed any favors with their shocking service (or rather no service)
