Pathetic customer services
They really have poor customer services. Firstly, after speaking to an aggressive agent , she drops the call in my ears after waiting for 5 minutes on the line. I then emailed them. They promised to get back to me but never get back. I contacted them more than a week ago regarding rejected claims. They promised to get back to me but never did. Two weeks down teh line, i am still sitting with rejected claims with no explaination. They are very unprofessional
