Pathetic Customer Services
I submitted a query two days ago via email. After telling the customer services lady that the mail response I received says the matter is resolved while it is not because I did not receive any feedback, she gave me aggressive feedback and then she dropped the phone in my ear. Customer services dropped the phone in my ear. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable services as we pay for these services.
