Pathetic admin
Sizwe has signed an agreement with Dr Chaka to cover rates of 130 percent but now do not want to pay these rates on our medical scheme but the admin office at the Doctor has confirmed that other patients were covered correctly! It has now been more than 6 months with numerous follow ups by the doctors admin office and myself and we don't get any response or that it is still in processing. Worst medical administration ever!!

Are you saying there is a different contract for in hospital that was not signed?? Why is this not included in the same form and why was this not sent to the Doctor’s office? Ronel has confirmed that you have paid 130 percent in hospital rates for another patient?
This contract was signed in OCT 2021, does this not last for a year? The patient was treated in August 2022 which is within a year period!
This makes no sense that you pay out of hospital rates at 130 % and in hospital at 100 % - please provide an explanation! In hospital rates should be paid at the higher rate???
