Pathetic
Hello My name is Fatima ali I've had the most pathetic customer service with sizwe medical aid For the past 2months I've been trying to get my refund out of them..the guy in customer service Kennedy doesn't know what he is doing and promises me on a Monday I will get paid back my money They lady ivy in accounts department doesn't return my emails They debited my account without my consent!!!!
