Oncology Claims not getting paid after Authorizations received and NO RESPONSE BY SIZWE HOSMED.

My oncology claims are not getting paid after Sizwe Medical Aid merged with Hosmed. Authorizations was received before the merge on my radiation and chemo treatments. The only feedback received back from Sizwe Hosmed was that there was errors on their side after e-mails send by Oncology and Radiation Departments of the facility where I'm getting my treatment.

I'm sick and now I have to worry about these bills not getting paid AFTER AUTHORIZATIONS were received. NO RESPONSE by Sizwe Hosmed.

I need someone to look at this and please please help.

This stress is bad for my health, I have cancer. My Medical Aid should not cause my Stress.

Oncology Department of Sizwe Hosmed not responding to any e-mails or answering phones.
