Not paying even with pre authorization

My daughter had a dental operation that was pre authorized and Sizwe has not paid the surgeon as the authorization was not loaded with the surgeons practice number. How does Sizwe expect an operation to be done with no surgeon. I am tired of emailing and calling and getting no help. Please can someone look into this and pay the account
