NOT LINKED AT PHARMACYS/ POOR ASSISTANCE ATTITUDE
I AM A PAYING SIZWE GOMOMO CARE CLIENT, TWICE I WAS AT THE PHARMACY TO OBTAIN MEDICINE BOTH TIME I HAD TO TURN AROUND IMBARISED BECAUSE I WAS TOLD I HAD TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE AND THAT I AM NOT LINKED AT MEDI- RITE PHARMACY !!! CALL CENTRE A LADY WITH THE NAME OF ZELDA TOLD ME IT DEPARTMENT SHOULD LINK ME WHO IS IT DEP I AM PAYING MONTHLY PREMIEMS BUT NO SERVICE THIS IS BAD AND I AM SICK OF BEING TOLD I AM NOT LINKED!
