Not acceptable
I have been waiting from 24.02.2025 for an authority for Dr .senske's procedure at Cintocare hospital for the 12.03.2025. Still no response and when you phone them thy put the phone down on you after holding up for 15 mins. This is not acceptable. my membership number is ***1
