NONE OF MY STATEMENTS ARE PAID FROM MARCH 2022

these people have messed up my account with my hubby name - he has been on this since 2019 , they put now a waiting period on of 2021 , they refused to pay for a GP visit telling me about a chronic problem that they dont cover , which is Utter ****. they change their code and refuse to pay for statements from this year march. Hosmed is now not a good medical aid as we must do their job for them , we also have jobs and cannot fight with people that are MESSING UP the accounts. these people are very useless and not able to even sort out the smallest of bills. they will give you every excuse not to pay ANY STATEMENT. Someone please tell me which medical aid is better to have as these people are very USELESS AND DONT DO THIER JOB
