Non payments

Bad service, we just received a letter from the lawyers that a 2016 Feb claim was not paid. Sizwe claims that the was no authorization for xrays, Drs say all 2016 claims were not paid by sizwe wanting authorization for standand xrays. which was never done before. Sizwe admitted the problem was on their side and promised to fix it. nothing has been done and now we receiving letters from lawyers.
