Non payment of my refund

Sizwehosmed I have been waiting for your confirmation with regards to paying my refund.please give my money back,I am anxious,frustrated,in debt because of this setback.i have been a loyal member with your scheme for many years,for you to rob me of my hard earned money.my chronic health is becoming a problem because of your frustrating non caring manner you are attending my matter.i have stated it clear in my will,that if anything happens to me medically Sizwehosmed must be accountable.
