Non payment of MSA Refund

Extremely dissatisfied with the costumer service they give their ex clients. I have been waiting for my MSA Refund to be payed for the last 8 months, after they told me it will be reimbursed after 4 months. I have sent numerous emails and the required documentation they have requested. They know how to deduct your premiums when you a member but to pay refunds takes forever.
