Non payment of billss

After reading the latest reviews, it looks to me like Sizwe Hosmed is on the verge of closing down... as there are a lot of complaints of bills not being paid and emails sent stating that the request was finalized when it was not. I have exactly the same problem. Bills of the last 7 months have not been paid. Some paid partially with no explanation of why it has not been paid. Only replies saying that it has been finalized. All after you get full authorization. Even PMB's are not paid. My gap cover does not want to pay because it is too old. I will not be paying these bills and will hold Sizwe responsible. In the mean time I am looking for a new medical aid. Also for all the other clients I referred to you. I do not have the time and energy to waste on trying to sort out these things. It is not my job! I have a job to do in order to be able to pay your high fees. I expect to get the service I am paying for!!! I will be reporting this to the medical Ombudsman as well.
