NON COMMUNICATION AND INCORRECT DETAILS GIVEN ON ?

My 75 year old mother who is on opt no 280 at R2,250 p.m. was suddently charged in May R3,300. No communication was received from Sizwe to send in latest pay slip..POST OFFICE STRIKE!!! No telephone call was made to her or sms sent to tell her. I reported this on the 25th May to the call centre spoke to Precious or Patience Gologo REF NO *** she said sent an e mail to [Email Removed] attaching complaint and pay slip. I did this on three separate e mails , 25, 26 and 27th May 2015 GOT NO RESPONSE BACK. I phoned in the week of the 27 or 28 0r 29 May 2015 as i was concerned. I spoke to a lady(dont have her name) and she assured me all had been sorted and correct amt would come off in June 2015 and a month later my mom would be reimbursed the over charge. My mom just pulled at statement for June 2015 and was charged again R3,300!! TOTALLY CONTRARY TO WHAT I WAS TOLD neither by the first call centre person or 2nd call centre person. I phoned again today and was told no only will be rectified now in July and no reimburse to my mom who does not earn that kind of income from my dad's pension. !!!UNACCEPTABLE COMMUNICATION, NO FEEDBACK AND NO CORRECT COMMS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!<br>
