No Service at all

As Per my previous review i wrote regarding the bad service i received from Sizwehostmed medical scheme . I was promised that i will received feedback soon . This is now 2 weeks later and dit not received any feedback from them . Not even a reply on the mails , when we call we had to hold on like more than a hour and then still they can not give you answers, they promised to phone back but that never happend.
