No service

I have been trying to sort out pathology accounts Dec and Jan where i received authotisation before going for the blood test. I was promised that a team leader will call me back on 23 Jan 24. Not a word I left another message now and was told that one of the team leaders will call me back by Thursday. I cannot keep on delaying payment to the pathologist. It is not their problem that my medical aid is ***********..
