No response to email sent/ Email address and telephone numbers do not exist

It has been over a month now that sizwe have not responded to my mails regarding claims for which I had to pay cash. The email addresses that are on their site do not exist and the phone numbers also do not work. They have sent me a statement stating that they paid R356.56 in my account which is incorrect. My other claims have not even been addressed as yet. I will definitely be changing my medical aid next year.
