No Response, No Service, and Dropped Calls from Sizwe Hosmed Medical Aid

I have been trying for weeks to get a termination letter from Sizwe Hosmed Medical Aid, but there is absolutely no response or feedback from their side.

I have called numerous times, sent the required termination form, and emailed several follow-ups, including to their complaints department — yet no one replies or assists. Even when you phone their customer service line, you can hold on for more than 17 minutes, only for the call to be dropped without any help.

They used to be a great medical aid provider, but now they are overpriced with extremely poor service and no customer care. I would never recommend this medical aid to anyone.

All I am asking for is my termination confirmation and official letter, but getting this done has been made unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
