No response in critical situation

My mother is the dependant on Sizwe Medica Aid and is to undergo a corrective spinal procedure with Dr Neser at Faierie Glen hospital in Pretoria. The medical aid has listed Faerie Glen Hospital as a network provider however the plan my moter is on does not cover the operation. <br> We then decided to terminate memebership and to apply for a new medical aid. <br> The first termination letter sent to Sizwe was rejected as it did not have the company stamp of Base Metal Rustenburg (the main member of the medical aid is my father and former /retired employee of the mine), we then completed another form and gave it to a representative of the Medical Aid who was on the day in question at the mine. The form received by the representative of Sizwe was complete however never processed by the Medical Aid.<br> Unpon enquiry the representative of the Medical Aid (Ms Runetto Kunene) stated that she is hospitalized and suspects that the forms may be at her house, meaning that we would have to wait for her to come back or fill in another form.<br> <br> Here is the complaint, we are unable to fill in another form because the main member is no longer in Rustenburg and he would be the only one recognized by the m
