NO RESPONSE FOR OLD GRANNY

<p>My grandmother is a Sizwe member and dropped options in December due to the fact that she is a state pensioner. I have tried numerous times via telephone and e-mail to contact the medical aid (Sizwe) to ask them to post her cards to my work address and to ask about her benefits etc. She sees an eye specialist as she has a chronic condition and we have now had to delay her aapointment due to the medical Aid not giving me any feedback. She pays Sizwe every month regularly and it is disgusting that nobody is able to help you or provide any feedback. She is a State Pensioner and she needs to know what her medical aid details are and about benefits etc. One call centre agent told me she would get her manager to call me because she couldn't find my grannies member details and i am still waiting. </p>
