No Medical coverage

I have just received a letter stating that Sizwe is fully operational.I went to see a orthopaedic surgeon at Faerie Glen in Pretoria when I was done I had to have an MRI done and I was told that I have to pay it myself and then claim back from Sizwe.I then called the hospital to find out if they would cover my surgery and was told the same thing pay cash and claim it back from Sizwe and this is a hospital on there list of hospitals dealing with them.I will now be looking for a new medical aid as I am being treated as a private patient every we’re. And yes I have put in a claim last year November and no reimbur*****t has been made so they can not even refund a small amount how will they refund an MRI and Operation.
