NO LIST OF NETWORK PROVIDERS AVAILABLE FROM CONSULTANTS

I contacted Sizwe-Hosmed today to enquire about a list of Network GPs, Gynaes and Hospitals in the Malmesbury / Paarl area (since the website search results were hopeless) The consultants could not give me any info at all! According to them they do not have a list in their posession to assist me - since the list of practitioners is changed/updated daily!? My neice intend to move to that area and need to know beforehand whether her medical aid will be of any use (I am also a member if Sizwe-Hosmed Essential Copper). How can you expect someone to have peace of mind not knowing beforehand whether the medical aid will pay service providers (GPs etc) in your town / area? Or does Sizwe-Hosmed simply expect you to call each and every practice and hospital to enquire whether they accept your medical aid? According to Sizwe-Hosmed's website search there are NO gynaecologists on the Network list in the greater Cape Town area at all. And also NO GPs in Malmesbury? Does this mean that Sizwe-Hosmed will not pay for any GPs / Specialists since not one of them in your city are on the "list" on the website or will part of the consultation be paid? Or will you will need to travel 100kms to one in the "list" on your website? Kindly confirm and assist.
