NO HELP FOR MOM WITH CANCER

<p>For the past three months we have been in a battle with Sizwe in order to to get my Moms much needed chemo therapy pills. After numerous calls to Vaneesha who deals with these matters nothing has come of it, questions are asked about terms we do not understand and names we do not know. If anyone knows anyone with cancer you will understand that time is of the essence. There lack luster approach to caring for those means I lose time with my mom. They clearly DONT care , I feel all they see are numbers on a screen , when in reality these numbers are mothers and other loved ones of flesh and blood. I lost my Father 8 months ago to this disease and I Pray I dont lose another parent purely because a Medical Aid wants to play a waiting game. Sizwe like all medical aids "reserve the right" to approve a medictation or treatment, they clearly do this often as it is not the first time ive heard of it.</p>
