No feedback regarding my enquiry

<p>To whom this may concern. I'm disappointed with Sizwe Medical Aid Fund who has not yet rep**** to both of my emails which I have sent regarding my enquiry. In a space of almost two weeks, I haven't received any feedback. I just like to know is this how clients are treated who isn't even a member of the medical, how are they treated when they actually a member of the medical aid and coincidentally, my joining date commences the 1st July 2016. I've decided to join the Sizwe option( Primary Care) as I'm still a student which has great benefits. Please ensure that I receive as response to my enquiry. </p>
