No feedback....Is someone alive on that side
I have been mailing the claims department since 12 September 2015 regarding a claim for the amount which was approved for the CPAP machine for my fiance which is also on my medical aid. With no feedback then you (Sizwe) still have the audacity to request my income proof for my contribution for next year. Is there people working for Sizwe claims seeing that I have received NO RESPONSE!!!!!! I assume you are ignoring me so that the claim period of 4 months laps??? FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!!!
