No contact after claims submitted

<p>I have submitted 2 claims a while ago. Firstly it was such a mission to get forms and make contact with you. Your website has dead links. Your call centre wasted my time. You claim they are going through some changes so please be patient but come on, if I owed you money you'd make every effort to get your money. <br /><br />I'd expect the same effort from your side. </p>
