***********, no communication. empty promises
I could give the medical aid 0 star :(. I have been waiting for my savings refund since cancelling the medical aid in June 2024. I have made daily calls for the past 2 months only to be told that the payments has been released but have not received my refund. No solution with consultants.

07 Jan 2025, 09:56Looks like Sizwe uses automatic reply and no one ever looks at the queries. I have NOT received any call and my refund is still outstanding. Appalling customer service. I will have to accelerate to executives. This is unacceptable
